We’re getting ready for our upcoming production, and we would love to invite a few new people into the process!
This is a great opportunity for anyone who has ever thought, “I’d love to be part of a show, but I’m not sure where to start.” You do not need years of experience. Mostly, we need people who are willing to jump in, learn, and help bring the production to life.
We are currently looking for help in four areas:
Set Lead / Set Help
We need someone who can help take charge of getting the set put together once we move into the CAT. Most of this will be simple assembly, but we could also use someone who is able to build a couple of different-sized wall flats.
Costume Coordinator
This person does not need to make costumes. We are looking for someone who can help oversee costumes and make sure what the cast is wearing is consistent with the director’s vision.
Light Board Operator
This is a simple tech opportunity, mostly turning lights on and off at the right time. It would be a great way for someone to step into the world of theater tech and learn in a low-pressure setting.
Stage Manager
For this show, the stage manager role is very manageable. We mainly need someone who can help with simple backstage coordination, including raising and lowering the curtain.
If you’ve ever wanted to get involved with a production but weren’t sure how, this could be the perfect place to begin. We would love to have you join us behind the scenes and be part of making this show happen.
