Did you know that Columbia Entertainment Company is a nonprofit? Yup, it sure is. And you can only imagine how difficult it’s been the past 2+ yrs to be a small theatre company. So we hope you’ll get out and support their first musical production in two years, the classic, The Producers. It’s sure to bring the laughter you need right now.
Congratulations to Nora Dietzel for her latest and greatest accomplishment! Be sure to mark your calendars for April 2022 to see her in action with Columbia Entertainment Company !!
On this PODCAST of Columbia Morning with David Lile, David Hall is directing and putting the choreography together for the current production at Columbia Entertainment Company . The play is THE WINTER WONDERETTES.
Thank you for a very charming show. The Winter Wonderettes was just the thing to put you in the holiday mood. And thanks for the opportunity to be a participant. Have a great run!
Last night, some of our SFCC Theatre students were hosted by Columbia Entertainment Company to see their production of ARSENIC AND OLD LACE!
This production features SFCC Theatre Program Coordinator, Ryan Mahannah as Mortimer Brewster! After the show, the students were given a full access and backstage tour of the theatre by Stage Manager of ARSENIC AND OLD LACE - Lynn Lynch of CEC! Our students got to see the workings of the theatre inside and out as well as seeing some historic set pieces and costumes from past productions. They were also given the chance to ask questions about the world of theatre as well.
Thank you Lynn and CEC for hosting our students and allowing them to tour the space. We appreciated it!!
Anyone who wants to see the show, it’s running now through Oct. 31 in Columbia, MO! Get your tickets at: cectheatre.simpletix.com.
Just a few things going on at CEC!
Come on out and see us today at Pride Fest along with Columbia Entertainment Company and Talking Horse Productions!
