🎬✨ Join us for a special First Friday event at Columbia Ballet Academy: Directors' Favorites!

On Friday, June 5, Directors Alec and Sophia will share some of their favorite dance performances, variations, pas de deux, and choreography from the ballet world and beyond. Through selected video clips and live commentary, they'll offer a behind-the-scenes look at the artists and works that have inspired them throughout their dance journeys.

Whether you're a dancer, a dance lover, or simply curious about the art form, this is a unique opportunity to experience dance through the eyes of our directors and discover what makes these performances so meaningful, memorable, and inspiring.

🩰 Columbia Ballet Academy Summer Intensive Auditions 🩰

Dancers ages 11 and up are invited to audition for the Columbia Ballet Academy 2026 Summer Intensive on Saturday, June 6 from 12–2 PM.

Our two-week intensive offers focused summer training with classes in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Pointe, Pilates, and Variations. This program is designed for dedicated dancers looking to strengthen their technique, artistry, and versatility in a supportive and inspiring environment.

📅 Summer Intensive Dates: July 27 – August 7
⏰ Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Audition Requirements:
• $25 audition fee
• Resume
• Headshot
• First arabesque photo
• Pointe shoes (if applicable)

Tuition:
• One Week – $550
• Two Weeks – $1000

We’ve loved watching our dancers grow in confidence, technique, and artistry throughout the semester, and we’re excited to celebrate one final week of classes together. 💙

📅 Summer Session Classes run June 1 – July 11, 2026

We offer classes for ages 18 months through adult, making it easy for dancers of all ages and experience levels to find their place at CBA.

Whether your dancer is just beginning or continuing their training, our programs focus on strong technique, creativity, confidence, and a supportive studio environment. 💙

We are so proud of every dancer for your hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout this production process. Watching all of your growth, confidence, and teamwork come together on stage made our very first stage production such an amazing success! ✨

A huge THANK YOU to all of the parents, volunteers, backstage helpers, and everyone who helped build sets, organize costumes, and support this production behind the scenes. This performance would not have been possible without your time, creativity, and generosity. ❤️
