Today, Columbia Dance Academy proudly participated in the Gold Star Memorial Day Parade as we remembered and honored the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

We are proud of our dancers for representing our studio with respect, pride, and gratitude on such a meaningful day. Thank you to all who have served and to the families who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

May we never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙

This year’s performance is especially meaningful as we honor our beloved studio owner, Ms. Jeanne, whose passion and dedication have shaped generations of dancers. With the heartfelt theme “Ms. Jeanne’s Favorites,” the recital features a collection of routines inspired by some of her most cherished memories from the past 30 years!

The highlight of the evening will be our ballet production of The Four Seasons, set to the timeless music of Vivaldi, bringing the beauty of each season to life through movement and artistry.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible dance moms, grandmas, bonus moms, and mother figures who support our dancers every step of the way. 💐

Thank you for the countless car rides, costume fixes, encouraging words, backstage hugs, and unconditional love that help our dancers shine both on and off the stage. Your support, dedication, and cheering from the audience mean more than words can say.

Our junior soloists took the stage this morning at P3 Talent Competition and absolutely wowed us! Congratulations to Nora and Delaney! 🥳

- Double Platinum
- Nora was also named the Junior improv runner up!

This is our last regional competition of the season and these girls have achieved so many new skills since the start of this season! Today was the first time Nora did her ariel in her routine 🥳 This is a goal she’s had for a little over a year and she’s been working so very hard to get it! Delaney has turned into our little tornado this season. This girl went from a double pirouette to advanced à la seconde turns, what seemed like overnight! Ms. Lesley is so so proud of you both 🤍

Congratulations to all of our teen soloists who competed last night, you all are fabulous! Ariella joined our studio at this competition although she’s normally competing in Washington state with her studio Spark Movement Academy. Our team has loved having her with us this weekend ♥️
