Every now and then, a space becomes available that’s about so much more than four walls. It’s about possibility.
When Gold’s Deli first opened at Row&Co, they had a dream and the courage to take a chance on it. Over the years, they’ve built something our community loves, and we’re thrilled to watch them begin an exciting new chapter in their new location just across the street.
Now their little space is ready for someone new.
From the beginning, we’ve believed that big dreams don’t have to start in big spaces. Sometimes all you need is the right place, a supportive community, and the courage to begin.
Over the years, Row&Co has become home to a collection of independent businesses that people intentionally seek out. Businesses like Envy Hair, Mama Mila’s, Bradley Mountain, Bag of Joy, and Gold’s Deli have helped transform this little corner of Columbia’s Arts District into a place where people gather, shop, eat, and discover something unique.
We’re excited to welcome the next business that will become part of that story.
The available space is approximately 250 square feet and includes existing commercial sinks, making it especially well suited for a food-based concept.
If this feels like the right place for your next chapter, we’d love to hear your story.
Please visit our website rowandco.co to submit your inquiry and tell us about yourself, your business, and the vision behind your idea. We carefully consider every concept to ensure it complements the Row&Co community.
And if someone comes to mind while you’re reading this, share this post with them. The next great idea might be waiting for the chance to begin.
