While Samantha Boisclair, our Event Coordinator, has been busy putting the finishing touches on tonight’s 55th Anniversary Gala, our orchestra has been hard at work rehearsing for the big night. 🎻🎼

From setup to soundchecks to rehearsals, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to bring tonight’s celebration together. ✨

Got a young musician ready to take the stage? The Missouri Symphony Conservatory is back this fall, giving young musicians the chance to learn, perform, and make music with others from across the community! 🎶

Here’s what’s in store:
🎟️ Scholarship opportunities available, deadline is September 30
🎶 Opportunities to perform in concerts throughout the season
🤝 Chances to collaborate and perform alongside the Missouri Symphony
📅 Rehearsals begin September 14 at West Middle School

Whether they’re just starting out or ready to take their skills to the next level, MSC has a place for them. 💙

Celebrating the people who have helped shape MOSY’s legacy. ✨

We’re proud to recognize Kirk and Maria Trevor as this year’s Pillar Award recipients at MOSY’s 55th Anniversary Gala, and we’re grateful to Central Bank of Boone County, our Pillar Award Sponsor, for helping us honor their remarkable impact.

Kirk and Maria have been an integral part of the Missouri Symphony’s story, helping establish the MOSY Conservatory and launching the Hot Summer Nights Music Festival in 2004, the festival that has since grown into today’s Firefly Music Festival. Their vision has created opportunities for generations of musicians, students, and audiences across Mid-Missouri.

Today is your final chance to join us. Gala ticket sales officially close at 4:00 PM, and all tickets must be purchased in advance, there will be no walk-ins.
