From national championships to major rivalry wins, our athletes dominated April.
🥍 Lacrosse: Men’s Lacrosse secured wins against Ole Miss, Baylor, and Purdue. Women’s Lacrosse took care of business at the CPWLL Championship, going 2-0 to bring home the Conference Title!
🥇 National Standouts: Jerrilynn Phillippi took 1st place in Developmental Parallel Bars at NAIGC Nationals, and Ashley Gill placed 1st in the 50m backstroke at TYR Nationals. Plus, a massive shoutout to Noah McMullen, who finished 1st in the 5k at NIRCA Track Nationals to earn All-American honors.
🏐 Volleyball: Our teams took over Kansas City for NCVF Nationals! The Men’s A and B teams finished with a strong 10-3 combined record. On the women's side, the A Team fought their way to a 2nd place finish in the D1 Copper Bracket, and the B Team tied for 5th in D3.
🏉 Rugby & Water Polo: Women’s Rugby secured 1st place at the Saint Louis University Tournament, and Water Polo brought home the trophy at the Truman Classic, where Ben Pantazo was named tournament MVP.
🥎 Softball/Baseball: We love a good sweep! Softball went 3-0 to take down KU, while Baseball went 2-1 against the Jayhawks and secured a 2-0 series win against Pittsburg State.
🥏 Even More Wins: Men’s Ultimate locked in 3rd place at Sectionals, Quadball finished 5th in the nation at USQ Nationals, and Men’s Basketball finished 2-1 at the Indiana State Invitational!
