Today, LeTip of Howard County paused our regular meeting to celebrate the life of our friend, Jim Walsh.

Jim joined our chapter on January 31, 1995, and for more than 31 years he faithfully invested in this community through friendships, referrals, encouragement, and simply showing up week after week. His impact on our chapter is immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed.

Today, members past and present came together to share stories, remember his legacy, and celebrate the remarkable man so many of us had the privilege of knowing.

We’re grateful to everyone who contributed photos, memories, and stories to help make this tribute possible.

It is our honor to share this tribute to Jim with you to the tune of his favorite karaoke song.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and longtime LeTip member, Jim Walsh.

For many years, Jim was an important part of the LeTip of Howard County family. He was a trusted professional, a loyal friend, and someone who made our chapter better simply by being part of it. His kindness, generosity, and steady presence will be deeply missed.

Tomorrow morning, we will gather to celebrate Jim’s life and the lasting impact he had on our chapter and on so many people within our community.

We would like to extend an invitation to all past and present LeTip members, along with anyone whose life was touched by Jim, to join us as we remember him together.

The documentary The M Factor 2: Before the Pause is bringing national attention to the realities of perimenopause and menopause — something millions of women experience but few openly discuss.
After the screening, I’ll be moderating a live panel with physicians Dr. Carol Baltazar and Dr. Dianah Lake to answer questions and open the conversation.

We love seeing our members engaged in the community!
LeTip of Howard County members Judith Carroll of Carroll Senior Living Consulting and Tatiana Lialo of Spirit of Hope Home Health attended the Annual Membership Meeting of The Village in Howard last Friday.
It was wonderful to see familiar faces supporting an organization dedicated to helping older adults remain active, connected, and independent in Howard County.
We’re also proud to share that fellow LeTip member Marian Berman serves on the board of The Village in Howard — thank you for your leadership and service!

Today we celebrated something special. 🎉

Our longtime LeTip of Howard County member, Sullivan “Sully” Brown Sr., turned 86 — and a few of our members treated him to lunch to mark the occasion.

This is what LeTip is all about.

Yes, we build business.
Yes, we exchange qualified referrals.
But more importantly, we build real friendships and celebrate life’s milestones together.

Sully represents Shaklee Health & Wellness in our chapter, and he exemplifies consistency, positivity, and commitment — both in business and in life.

Happy 86th birthday, Sully! We’re grateful to celebrate with you.
