Let's talk real for a moment. You all know how much work goes into putting on an event of any size, right?

Over the last FIVE years, you all have helped us TRIPLE in size! That's insanely awesome! Let's talk about that for a moment. The size alone is insanely awesome, but of course the greatness comes with the work! It now takes more than twice the amount of volunteers, vendors, etc to keep us going!

So let's collectively put our brains together and see how we can get it done more efficiently, quickly and successfully without all the burnout and exhaustion!
