Please check out the photos from a special celebration event last week at Locust Street Expressive Arts Elementary School. Dr. Stefan Freund and his wife Julia Freund (whom performed for the young artists) along with our own CCO musician Sally Swanson, and composer Fred Onowerosuoke visited the class to inspire them to create a mural of the artists from our February 26 concert.
Amazing moments captured last weekend at the Missouri Theatre during CCO's February 26th concert by the talented photographer, Allison Davis.
Warming up in the lovely Missouri Theatre! Come see us at 7:30 tonight!

The Columbia Civic Orchestra would like to send condolences to the Geenen and Heglund family. A week ago today they lost a beloved family member, father, grandfather, husband, and friend to all he embraced in his lifelong journey, and CCO Board Member - Reverend Gene Heglund. We have set up a memory fund in his honor on the CCO website.
