I don't normally post these, but my had been. 3 year struggle for me.

I need to be at 250 lbs so I can get shoulder replacement surgery on both shoulders.

The damage is arthritic, and probably due to my du***ss nature as a teen and learning the leathal weapon 2 straight jacket tricks were a good idea... it's not.

It's been over 15 YEARS since I have been this low, and I'm happy 😊. I can move, and am working at a warehouse and doing security work, where it's nothing but physical.

I'm not giving up... like all good we slumber... heal... and rise again stronger than before.
