Thank you, Nebraska! Our very first JUNKSTOCK® is officially wrapped up! We are beyond grateful for all the customers who chose to shop with us over the past couple of weekends and all the sweet vendors we had the opportunity to meet. 🫶

This event tested and challenged us in so many ways, and we are thankful for everything we learned along the way.

So many memories were made, but above all, we hope Proverbs & Pens | Art & Stationery Shop was able to encourage you to be the Salt & Light in your own community 🤗

A Pinch Of Salt | A Touch Of Light is officially coming to your mailbox this November! 🤗

I love that mail clubs are growing and the idea of starting one just made sense for Proverbs & Pens. This took us so long to do because if we decided if we were going to start one, we wanted it to enrich the lives of our subscribers. Over the last 8+ months, we have reworked this idea over and over. Sometimes, there is a sweetness to let things take their time and and to allow the Lord to perfect your ideas!

A Pinch of Salt | A touch of Light is built all around God’s Word and features some of our art to help you immerse yourself in the Word. Each month, you will receive a letter where we break down scripture and where I can share my heart around why I choose that verse for that motnh. You will also receive a devotional card, a post card print & a surprise paper goodie!

The subscription will open on October 2nd and the very first letters will go out in early November! We will continue to share more details as we get closer to next weekend!

Stay tuned!

We are only a 12 days away from our very first JUNKSTOCK® and we could not be more excited and a little stressed haha 😅

Not only is this event one of a kind but there are so so many small business owners spending months in preparation! Brendon and I have been working hard to create a unique, fun, and meaningful experience for all who stop by 🤗

We have absolutely loved and have learned so much from each of our booth designs but I promise you this will be the best one yet 😉 Stay Tuned!

What a summer it has been! We are on to our last weekend of farmers markets this Friday and Saturday and I had to take a moment to pause and reflect on the amazing summer we have had.
This summer has been packed full of all kinds of markets, new products, and new friendships 🫶 Brendon and I are beyond thankful for all the support and growth we have seen this year already! We know there is still so much to do this year and we can’t wait to continue to share new products, projects, and more this holiday season. We are already deep into prepping for some big markets to finish out the year and have lots and lots of things to show you soon. We pray you have had a wonderful summer and if not, always remember our God is a redeemer! There is still so much time left in the year for Him to turn work things together for good 🙌

I love doing these in hopes that it will show you a little more depth to a verse you may have heard but it’s also such a good reminder for myself that digging deeper into the word doesn’t have to be scary or hard.

There is always opportunity to grow, learn, and dig deeper into God’s word and His wisdom. I hope this encourages you to start small and invite the teaching wisdom of the Lord into your study time :)

I wanted this to feel like you are getting a little glimpse into my notebook so hopefully you can read my chicken scratch haha 😆
