Pikes Peak Home School Music

Pikes Peak Home School Music A band, orchestra and choir program for students ages 9 through high school to learn an instrument in a classroom-like setting.

The Pikes Peak Home School Music Program (PPHSMP)was founded by Bill Callen (deceased) in 2000. It has grown immensely since, and is the only homes school band, orchestra and choir program of it's kind in Colorado. The PPHSMP allows students ages 9 through high school to perfect a wind or string instrument in a non-competitive, classroom-like setting. There are four bands - a beginning band, inter

mediate band for students who have played at least one year, and two advanced bands. Additionally, there are three string orchestra ensembles - a beginning, intermediate, and advance orchestra program. In 2022 choir instruction was initiated into the program. All instruments are taught, and most students play in multiple bands on different instruments, which is a luxury most music programs do not allow. It's here!!! TODAY is our first day of classes!!
Registration is still available for all of our classes through the end of September. Information on all of our classes may be found on our website. https://pikespeakhomeschoolband.org/school-year-programs/
We offer classes for Concert Band, Orchestra, Symphony, Guitar Ensemble, Jazz Band and Choir. Each class meets twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our class schedule and tuition costs may also be found on our website.

It's almost here. Our first day of classes is TOMORROW!! It's not too late to register though. Come by to get registered and attend the first day of classes!! All classes are at St. Paul's UMC (2111 Carlton Ave. 80909). Our class schedule may be found on our website at https://pikespeakhomeschoolband.org/school-year-programs/
Concert Band, Orchestra, Symphony, Choir, Jazz Band and Guitar Ensemble classes are all still available for enrollment. Enrollment will be open through the end of September. We look forward to seeing you in class tomorrow!!

IT'S TODAY!!! Summer Music Camp Registration Day is here!!! Come visit us for Registration Day. Today, June 2nd, from 11:00am - 2:00pm at St. Paul's UMC (2111 Carlton Ave. 80909). Camp takes place June 9th - 14th, from 9:00am - 2:00pm with a concert on Saturday, June 14th at 10:00am. Come get registered for classes and ask any questions you may have.
