I am very excited to celebrate Halloween this year with my very own horror short film, loosely based on the Akuma in Japanese folklore.

I took a trip to Los Angeles to film an entire different short film that never came to fruition due to Covid and, not wanting to come home empty-handed, the writer I was staying with, Mardi Fernando (also the star), and I decided to come up with something quick and fun. This project was conceptualized, written, blocked and shot in less than 8 hours and I had to recreate all the audio in post, 2 states from the filming location. It won't win any awards but we had so much fun making this and I can't wait to work with Mardi again!

A sincere thank to Mardi Fernando and Shant Postadjian for allowing to me crash with them and save tons on hotels/not sleeping in my car. Also, to Victoria Murray, who was one of our leads in the original concept but was unable to come back to the shooting location due to Covid. The only reason Mardi and I could even make this happen was because I was already crashing in her and Shant's living room. No one else was allowed back to shoot to be safe.

Please enjoy the show!

Welcome to the elegantly senile Angry Guys Theatre! In our very first installment of this new watchalong series, Mike The Finder and I found ourselves journeying to Halloweentown. This was my first time to see this movie and Mike's bajillionth but we had a great time watching and commenting on this Disney Channel Classic. There WERE some technical difficulties but overall we had so much fun that this will definitely be a thing we continue to do. So grab some snacks, light up the jack-o-lanterns and join us!

For the most in-depth review I've done so far, I chose 2006's Silent Hill: a fun film that stays true to the video game but left a ton to be desired in dialogue and screenwriting. Let me know what you think of the new format!

For our first movie in a while that ISN'T a Disney live action remake, I present to you, 2020's The Boy II: Brahms. I'm not sure that they knew they were making a sequel when they filmed this but it sure was interesting watching them go off the rails. Seriously, "continuity" is not something you're going to find here. Enjoy the episode!

Well, we've done it. We've officially gotten to the newest movie in the Disney live action remakes, 2019's Lady and the Tramp. An absolute dumpster fire of P.C. messages, lazy writing and audience pandering, I cannot express enough how much I disliked this movie. But I do a pretty good job of it in the episode!
