We're excited to share a major construction update on two of our most transformational projects. Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow and Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney are both advancing rapidly and showcasing what VENU is building across the country.

Regent Bank Amphitheater | Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
We're in the final stretch. The structural foundation is complete, roofing is installed, heating systems are in, hospitality buildings are finished, the artist compound is built, the stage is constructed and parking is complete. This month we're bringing it all together with restroom completion, cooling station installation, food and beverage systems, our signature FireSuites and seating installation. We're tracking toward Fall 2026 completion.

Sunset Amphitheater | McKinney, Texas
Momentum is strong on this project. Wind wall steel is erected on both sides, the upper bowl is graded and concrete terraces above the Aikman Club are finished. The parking structure, one of the largest in Texas, is largely complete. Our main canopy is over 50% installed. Artist lounge and crew dining are finishing this month. We're targeting Q1 2027 completion and the progress is real.

These venues represent VENU's commitment to creating premium live entertainment destinations that transform their communities. We can't wait to bring these experiences to life.

BREAKING NEWS: $150 million in C-PACE financing has been secured to fund the completion of Regent Bank Amphitheater and Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney.

Arranged by CBRE and expected to close in the coming weeks, this financing fully funds construction through opening. Regent Bank Amphitheater opens fall 2026. Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney opens Q1 2027.

We just closed one of the strongest quarters of ownership sales in company history, raising $29.8M in Q2 and capping it off with a record $11.3M in June alone.

We've now surpassed $278M in cumulative sales across our ownership programs, and what I love about this is that every dollar goes straight into building our venues without adding new debt to the business.
