Next weekend, we turn the dance floor into AREA 51. A massive UFO will hang above the crowd, its green beam “abducting” dancers while three DJs take over your headphones and LED flow artists light up the night. Choose your side: ALIENS or COWBOYS?

Come dressed for the showdown, hit the themed photo area for pictures and prints by Springs Things | Colorado Springs Local Guide , and grab a cosmic cocktail or a glowing green Area 51 shot. This is one party you do not want to miss. 👽🔥

We are so excited to have the incredible Karl joining us as our Flow Artist for Sunday night’s Balloon Glow Silent Disco!

A Colorado native and self-taught flow artist, she believes that love is the most powerful force meant to be shared, and that music is movement is medicine.

Catch her electric performance throughout the night while our DJs take over three channels from 6–10PM under the glow of the balloons!

A huge thank you to Karl and the Colorado Springs Flowmies for bringing even more magic to this experience. We can’t wait for Sunday night!

Hannah’s teaching philosophy centers around the belief that yoga is about connection, community, and creating space for healing. A forever student of the people she meets, the places she goes, and the experiences life brings, Hannah believes yoga offers a path to connect the “me” with the “us” with the whole.

With extensive experience teaching throughout local studios and community organizations, Hannah guides a variety of practices including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
