Illinois Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest 2026

We’re proud to welcome this year’s judging panel for the Illinois Ultimate Elvis Contest.

Jillian Cardarelli – The actress and country music sensation went to #1 on CMT with her single, “If I Could Talk to Elvis.” You can see her now in the Great American Family drama series, "Crossroad Springs."

Gina Keltner – One of Nashville’s top talent executives, this lifelong Elvis fan serves as the Associate Producer of Talent at the world famous Grand Ole Opry, working with the biggest names in music.

Charlie Mattos – Not only is Charlie a regular host for the Grand Ole Opry, he can be seen and heard every weekday morning on "Coffee, Country & Cody" on the legendary WSM Radio and Circle TV.

Scott Williams – Prior to his current role as CEO of Discovery Park of America in Union City, TN (and a bestselling author), Scott served as VP of Marketing & Public Relations for Elvis Presley Enterprises.
