🎃Look at our first male flower bloom!! We didn’t expect to see these blooms today! In another week or so, the female flowers will bloom and soon after we see the final stage begin to start…fruit production!

The pumpkin patch is in the vining stage! The vines start spreading across the rows and attach themselves to the ground using their tendrils for support. It’s always so cool to watch this happen bc within one day the vines can grow several inches! It’s pretty spectacular!

Did you know pumpkins are rarely grown in South Georgia because of the extreme humidity and moisture? Many plants make it to the flowering stage but fruit production is where it gets uncertain!

At Rock Hill, we find joy planting anyway and pray the Lord allows a harvest to grow! Is there anything to hard for the Lord? 🎃🧡🧡
