Introducing our Treasurer, Lyssa Petru! 🩷

Lyssa is a Senior Ag Leadership and Development Major from Liberty Hill, Texas. This will be her third year in Royals!

Lyssa’s “Why Royals”: Royals was an organization that caught my eye from the start. I love the girls and the community it brought at such a big university! Royals has brought me so many friendships, and memories I will take with me forever that I am so grateful for! I became an officer because I wanted to take a bigger role in helping the org in a different way and I have loved every second of it! I am so thankful for Royals and all the blessings it has come with! I truly found my people in so many different ways!

Lyssa’s favorite Royals memory: My favorite Royals memory is Sing for Soldiers! I absolutely love our philanthropy and getting to support those so work so hard to protect our country! I love to sing songs and raise money for our military and their families! It is the most fun night in the spring and something I look forward to every February! I love our soldiers and getting to play a small part in supporting them for everything they do for us is truly a blessing!! ❤️

Caitlyn is a Sophomore Kinesiology Major from West, Texas. This will be her second year in Royals!

Caitlyn’s “Why Royals”: These girls have truly made my college experience something I know I will treasure forever!! Gaining my best friends through Royals has been such a beautiful thing and only want this to grow! As sisterhood chair, I want to provide the opportunities for these girls to meet their forever best friends like I have! 😇💕

Caitlyn’s favorite Royals memory: My favorite Royals memory was NMC! I just ran around and took pics with all my new besties!! Enjoyed a good hot dog and danced the night away! 😗🕺

Kobie is a Sophomore Psychology BS Major from Dickinson, Texas. This will be her second year in Royals!

Kobie’s “Why Royals”: Royals has truly made my college experience better than anything I could’ve ever hoped it would be. My “why” behind being an officer is the opportunity to pour hard work and service back into such a fulfilling organization! Our philanthropy means so much to me and I am so excited to spread the joy of serving our soldiers through fun events and of course Sing for Soldiers!!! Let’s do this thing!!! 💃🎤🇺🇸

Introducing our Public Relations Officer, Ava Welch!! 🧡

Ava is a Junior Marketing Major from San Antonio, Texas. This will be her third year in Royals!

Ava’s “Why Royals”: I came from a small school, so going to Texas A&M was super intimidating for me! From the moment I heard about Aggie Royals and met the people, I knew this was where I wanted to be for the next four years. Royals has been the best part of my college experience, has given me my best friends, and some of my favorite memories. I am so excited to serve as an officer this next year and give back to the organization that has given me so much!!

Ava’s favorite Royals memory: My favorite memory from both years has been Big-Little! My freshman year, I got the most perfect Big, who is now my best friend. This past year, I got to have two littles who made our family even more perfect! The memories from Big-Little Reveal and getting to experience Royals and college alongside them have been so, so special!!

Introducing our Social Officer, Sarah Bush!! 🩵

Sarah is a Junior Sport Management Major from Clear Lake, Texas. This will be her second year in Royals!

Sarah’s “Why Royals”: During recruitment, I instantly felt welcomed by every single one of the girls in Aggie Royals! Their love for this organization was radiant, and I knew I would find my best friends here!!! This past year, I have been gifted with a group of girls that I could not imagine my life without, and I am so excited to grow our Royals family with the new Jewel Class this fall!

Sarah’s favorite Royals memory: My favorite Royals memory would have to be NMC! NMC is the first time that the returning and new members come together as one, and the joy at this event is indescribable. Watching friendships form firsthand assured me that I was exactly where I was meant to be and left me so excited for the rest of my time at Texas A&M and in Aggie Royals!!

Kadence is a Junior Elementary Education Major from Klein, Texas. This will be her second year in Royals!

Kadence’s “Why Royals”: Being in Royals has given me the best community while being here at Texas A&M! The girls make you feel at home, so welcomed & loved all the time!!! This sisterhood has been so rewarding & has given me my best friends & forever memories - I cannot wait to pour back into this organization as an officer!! I am so thankful for Aggie Royals!!!!!

Introducing our Leadership Officer, Haley Hopkins!! 💜

Haley is a Senior Agribusiness Major from Corpus Christi, Texas. This will be her 2nd year in Royals!

Haley’s “Why Royals”: As an only child, I came to Texas A&M looking for a community where I could grow, serve, and build meaningful relationships. Through Aggie Royals, I found so much more than I thought I would. I found sisters who have supported, encouraged, and challenged me to become a better leader and person. Being an officer gives me the opportunity to help create that same sense of belonging for others. I am excited to lead Big/Little and help members build lifelong friendships and connections that make Royals feel like home!!!

Haley’s Favorite Royals memory: My favorite Royals memory was NMC. It was such a special experience because it was the first time I got to celebrate alongside all of the Royal members and the new members in my Jewel Class. Seeing everyone come together, building friendships, and officially becoming part of the Royals family made me feel truly welcomed and reminded me why this organization is so special!!!

Emma is a Junior Political Science Major from Boling, Texas. This will be her second year in Royals!!

Emma’s “Why Royals”: I love Aggie Royals so much!! It has given me the opportunity to learn more about myself and meet so many amazing girls. Becoming an officer is truly such a blessing, and I’m so excited to have the opportunity to give back to an organization that has already given me so much. I’m beyond grateful for all of the friendships, memories, and growth that Aggie Royals has brought into my life!!

Emma’s favorite Royals memory: My favorite Royals memory is definitely Sing for Soldiers. Singing karaoke with my friends while supporting Soldiers Angels is truly something so special. I love that we get the opportunity to be so active and involved in our philanthropy in such a fun and meaningful way!!
