Howdy! We have a couple of announcements as the year is swiftly coming to a close. The first announcement is that our semester long game jam is ending tomorrow! Our regular meeting time will be for judging and showing off each game. The second announcement is that next Friday (December 7), we will be having a Holiday party at 6 PM. It will be a potluck and we will have Smash Ultimate available to play! We hope to see you there!

Need any help on your semester game jam project? Our mentors will be meeting in the Langford Game Lab (ARCC 109) to answer any questions that you may have about your game! As a reminder, the game submissions are due on 11/28 by midnight, so if you need any help it is strongly advised that you come! We hope to see you there!

Howdy! Tomorrow's meeting will be lead by one of our mentors, Trevor Higgins! He will be covering tools of the trade, risks, and tips to prepare for programming in games. The meeting will be in ARCC 207 at 7:30 PM, just like normal.

The next game we are presenting is the game that won best in VR, Dimensional Shift by the Vizavengers, composed of Ryan Sharpe, Shutong Liu, and one of our mentors, Caleb Perkins. This game has the player protecting two dimensions by shooting lightning and water at the monsters that threaten them. You can download the game through the link provided, however you will need an HTC Vive and Vive controllers to be able to play it:

This game has you battling against a gauntlet of enemies while constantly shifting between being a warrior, a mage, and a thief. You can download the game through the link here:
