Heat races and features
Sport mods
Hobbystocks

Modifides
INTERMISSION ( track prep)
Then A features. (Same order as heat races)

We do have shirts and tumbler cups for sale at the concession stand. Just ask and they will get you taken care of.

Well it’s another race week here at the Thomas County Speedway. We will be running:

Imca modifides, stock cars, sport mods and hobbystocks.

With dodge city running Friday night as well, drivers will have to choose what track to race at.

Pits open 5pm ct
Grandstands 6pm ct
Hot laps at 7:20 pm ct
Heat races at 8pm ct.

Admission $12
Ages 10 and under free
Pit passes $30

Our remaining schedule is
June 26 ( 4 Imca classes)
July 9th THURSDAY( URSS sprint cars, mods, stocks)
July 31 fair ( 4 regular Imca classes)

Good evening everyone!!
So the Colby Walmart has reached out and for the second year we are having the touch a race at event!!
This year it will be our n June 27 (Saturday) behind the Thomas county speedway grandstands at the fairgrounds. Walmart is providing biding hamburgers,hotdogs and all the fixings!!

The event will start at 11am and go til 2pm. I will have more info in the next couple of days.
Thank you to Colby Walmart for letting the speedway host this event

First off I need to apologize for the dust in the heat races. I feel terrible and I will own up to it. Corner 1&2 was dusty. Being a promoter I take pride in the track but not watering after hot laps was my fault.

Second of all lastnight looked like the old Thomas county speedway track. Black top to bottom slicked off and very racey

Thank you to everyone that supports us and thank you to the drivers fans sponsors my help and everybody!!

It’s very humbling what this sport and Mother Nature can do but I will keep pushing forward and make the racing surface better.

Racers the Quality inn and the new Comfort inn are offering a little cheaper rate for tonight!!! If you need a room call and get one booked. Just tell them your a race at driver and show them your IMCA license at the front desk!!!
