Introducing MOM POM — XDC’s brand-new adult fitness class combining easy-to-follow dance and pom-inspired movements with cardio, toning, upbeat music and LOTS of fun! 📣🎶

And despite the name… you absolutely do NOT have to be a mom to join! 🙌
