We opened the doors of the Midland for pre-prom photos… and our community showed up.
Students came through with their dates, their friends, their families—some with photographers, some with phones in hand—and our volunteers helped keep things moving, snapping photos and making sure everyone had their moment.
But what stood out the most?
So many of these students were walking through the Midland for the very first time.
You could see it on their faces—the surprise, the curiosity, the wow. They asked questions, took it all in, and discovered a space they didn’t even realize existed right here in downtown Coffeyville.
The elegance, the ambiance, the history of our grand lady… it made an impression.
This is exactly why we do what we do—opening doors, creating experiences, and bringing people back inside a place that was always meant to be shared.
And if this night was any indication… the best is still ahead for The Midland. ✨
