🏁Our BMX Family Needs You!🏁
Help Us Keep the Gate Dropping 🚲
🔹️Our track relies on the dedication of our racing community. We are transition a few of our key operational roles, we need your help to keep our races running smoothly.
🔹️We are currently looking for enthusiastic parents and riders to fill vital positions: In return there will be heavy racing discounts.
[Role 1,] Assistant Track operator: They manage race-day operations, assist with track maintenance, and enforce rules to ensure a safe, organized environment.
[Role 2,] Concessions: Helping to serve refreshments and raise funds for the future needs of the track.
[Role 3,] Registration: BMX track volunteer in registration is a vital front-line role. Responsibilities include checking in pre-registered racers, issuing or verifying number plates, collecting race fees, processing new USA BMX memberships, and operating track management software to build rider lineups (motos).
Because most USA BMX tracks are entirely community-run nonprofits, registration volunteers serve as the face of the organization.
🏁Cherry Hill BMX is open because of VOLUNTEERS!
🔹️That's right! Your local track is 100% run and operated by volunteers - we have NO paid employees...
Our organization needs everyone's help; our volunteer staff are a fundamental aspect of the success of the track.
🔹️Your family will race at no cost when committing to a board member position. Whereas volunteers receive 50% off a rider. On race days, volunteers spare valuable time to help during practice or race days.
🔹️This contribution makes a massive difference in the race community. Parents and volunteers know how the funds earned from their work directly benefit their kids (e.g., new starting gate, fresh dirt, or end-of-year awards)
