The Museum has over 170 years of Tattoo History with over 800 artifacts on display, and Expert Professional Tattooing at its Finest by 4 Tattooists, members of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists and National Tattoo Association. The Northwest Tattoo Museum & Tattooing (NTM) is an excellent free information educational outreach resource base for anyone curious about the craft of tattooing, tho

se needing guidance in tattoo endeavors, tattoo history, or getting a tattoo by one of our 3 Master Tattooists. The NTM tattoo historian and curator (Jay Brown) is an Alliance of Professional Tattooists (APT) Certificate of Tattoo Mastery holder and Lifetime Member with 39 years in the Craft. The NTM's exhibits are an insured collection, largely representative electric tattooing of the last century and a half of mainstream tattoo subculture in North America. The collection showcases tattoo machines, historical photographs, documents, business cards, flash, stencils, tattoo implements, tattoo related artifacts, an expanding library, an archive of historic items, etc. The museum has been diversifying and incorporating tattoo history from North America and worldwide. We are currently collecting items representative of other cultures forms of tattooing

They try to get people to drop deposits online and then send em to your shop, scammed. Happened last month, so Im outting them. Beware!! Sailor Jerry Exhibit, our Homage to Sailor Jerry (Norman Keith) Collins. A sign print from Shanghai Kate, the Sailing Ship print from Tattoo Archive, on one side a Large Sailing Ship acetate from the Underwood Collection, another acetate on the other side of a Heart and anchor from Shanghai Kate. In the display case we have a pair of Converse Sailor Jerry Limited Edition shoes, a color photo of one of Jerry's tattoos of a pin up girl. Then we have 3 photo prints, set number 13/100, of a full back and sleeves that Sailor Jerry did, from Tattoo Artist Magazine. There is also an original drawing by him as well. We put together a board of designs over a decade ago, as kind of an homage.
