Six years ago, when we were still knocking down walls and tearing up carpet, Gena threw caution to the wind and joined our team well before the first b**r was poured. From late night food and cocktail workshops to the final touches for our grand opening, Gena has been with us since before day one.
Over the years she has worn many hats, from bartender to manager, event planner to mini golf representative, and just overall Bar Mom has played a large role in making The Blue Shell what it is today. Not to mention her costumes are always on point.
We have been very fortunate to have had Gena not just a part, but also a leader, of our crew. As she moves on to her next big adventure in life we are sad to see her leave, but also very excited for what this new future brings. We know her passion for people and creating unforgettable customer experiences will shine in her new business The Obsidian Veil .
