🎭 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙠 𝙖𝙨 𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 🎭

💛Bethany is no stranger to the stage! Theatre has been in her life since she appeared as Frenchy in Grease in 10th Grade. Her home is with Cody Center of Performing Arts and Studio Theatre here in Cody. Bethany has written a new book, “Silly Stage Adventures: Ten Short Plays for Camps & Classes” and is available for purchase on Amazon. It is a collection of plays she has written over the past 10 years for her summer camps and classes!

💛With Come From Away in mind, she says, “This event was a significant one in my life, having lived in Philadelphia at the time. I think that my own children, who were not born yet when it happened, really don’t understand the magnitude of what happened. It’s important to remember and reflect upon it. This musical is a great way to make it accessible and remind our audiences that real people were affected.” She shares that “if conversations begin with “I never knew that...” or “I never thought about...” then we did our jobs.”

💛 On a lighter note, we asked if she has any pre-show superstitions or rituals. Her response? “I like to say ‘MacBeth’ loudly as soon as I walk into the space. It just gets it all out of the way!”
