Do you love people, pickleball, and creating amazing experiences? We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant (Big Dill Ambassador) to join our team!

As a Big Dill Ambassador, you'll be the first face members and guests see when they walk through our doors. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with member check-ins, support events and tournaments, promote programs, and keep our facility running smoothly.

✅ Exceptional customer service skills
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office
✅ Pickleball experience preferred, but not required
✅ Team player with great communication skills

⭐ We're specifically seeking candidates who can work MORNING and MID-SHIFT hours, with WEEKEND availability required.

What started as a vision two years ago has grown into something far greater than a pickleball club. Dill Dinkers Cockeysville has become a place where friendships are formed, competition thrives, and people of all ages and backgrounds come together around a shared love for the game.

The truth is, we didn't build this club alone.

Every member who walked through our doors, every beginner who picked up a paddle for the first time, every league player, tournament participant, spectator, volunteer, and supporter has helped shape the community we are today.

Pickleball has a unique way of bringing people together. It creates connections, sparks conversations, and turns strangers into teammates and friends. That's what makes this place special.

As we celebrate our second anniversary, we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey. Thank you for your energy, passion, and belief in what we're building together.
