The Spring 2021 production of This is a Play by Daniel MacIvor.
Theatre at MGA Cochran is proud to present the Spring 2021 Play Production of This is a Play by Daniel MacIvor. The performance will take place on March 17 and 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Russell Hall Auditorium and will take approximately forty-five minutes. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic Safety Protocols, seating in the auditorium is limited to thirty people. So, please arrive by 6:15 p.m. to ensure that you get a seat.

This is a Play is a hilarious, meta-theatrical comedy that allows the audience to hear all the vain, petty, and insecure thoughts of a cast of actors as they perform a really bad play. One actor dreams of stardom and Dwayne "The Rock" Jonson, another wonders why she's stuck in such a terrible play, while another weighs the pros and cons of sleeping with the director. These and many other thoughts race through their minds as they stumble through a performance of A Stranger Among Us, a melodrama about two long-lost siblings and the lettuce that brings them together. The play will be performed on March 17th and 18th at 6:30 pm at the Russell Hall Auditorium on the MGA campus in Cochran. The play will run approximately forty-five minutes. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic Safety Protocols, seating in the auditorium is limited to thirty people per performance. So, if you would like to get a seat, please arrive by 6:15 pm.
