Just a reminder that summer classes start tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2nd.

Also, I had a lot who wanted to know the results of our competition season and yes, I did slack on the page. I'm just not very good at the page but, I'll try harder :)
So I did post the Logan Competition.
The St George Competition went well.....we received 1st's to 4th. Our Minis Team received the 5th place "Best of Show" award for placing the fifth highest score overall for their dance "Walk in the Rain".
The Taylorsville Competition was great! Every team and every dance routine received a 1st place which earned our team the "Overall Grand Champion" award for highest scoring studio.
The Provo Competition was our last competition and we ended it with a bang!!! Again, we received 1st's to 4th and our Elite Team received the 4th place "Best of Show" award for the 4th highest scoring routine for their Military Routine, which looked amazing at the Provo Competition!!!
Soooooo very proud of our dancers and a big thanks to parents for your positive support.
Looking forward to Disneyland :):):):):):)

OK.....so I've had may wanting to know how our team did at our first competition in Logan this weekend......I'm proud to post our team did very well!!! We had 5 platinum ratings, 5 high gold rankings and 2 gold rankings. To explain the rankings, it went by scores: 97-100 = Platinum, 95-96 = High Gold, 93-94 = Gold, 90-92 = High Silver. We also received 2 judges choice awards....not too bad for our first competition of the season :) I am very, very proud of our dancers! We also received a high score for "Burnin' Love" with a score of 99 1/2 out of 100. Great Job Dancers!!!!!!

Hi Dance In Motion!!! Happy Halloween to our Dance in Motion family. Just sending out a reminder about our Halloween party tomorrow. Don't forget to have your dancer come in their costume. Also, for the Elite class, class will only be an hour; so 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Have a great Halloween :)

Hi dance parents! I have realized I didn't put what time to meet tomorrow for the parade....sorry. We will meet tomorrow at 4:30pm at the Polar King. You will also pick up your dancer after the parade at the polar king. If you are not going to be able to make it to the parade, please let me know. Thanks so much and we'll see you tomorrow :-)

Elite Class: 6th thru 9th grade – Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Hi dance parents. There has been some conflicting schedules regarding our previous dance class times so I've revised our dance classes. Below is the new and revised schedule. Hopefully this will be ok for everyone. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!!! Remember classes start Tuesday, Sept 3rd and Thursday, Sept 5th. See you all in September :)

Due to the postponement of the Cheerleading/Drillteam Mini Clinic, dance classes will resume at regular scheduled times. The 9:30am and 10:30am classes will come at regular class times again. Sorry for the confusion. Again..........regular dance class times tomorrow........thanks :)

I wanted to thank EVERYONE for such a successful summer with Dance In Motion Dance Team. This last weekend was our final performance at the Summit County Fair and it was AWESOME!!! With unfortunate weather, the dancers persevered through the wind and the rain and performed their very best. I'm so very proud of the way they performed in the parade also.......such amazing young dancers!!! Special thanks to all of our parents, family and friends for your amazing support......couldn't do it without you :)
