PSA REGARDING FALL REGISTRATION
Due to the growing interest in our theatre program and the limited number of spaces available this season, we have made a change to our registration process. Instead of open registration, students will be invited to participate based on their past attendance, participation, commitment to learning their lines, and overall behavior during rehearsals.
If you have a returning student interested in joining please let us know ASAP.
Our goal is to recognize students who have consistently shown dedication, responsibility, and a willingness to be an active part of the program.
Over the next few days, the directors will be reviewing each student’s attendance, participation, commitment to learning lines, and behavior from previous seasons. Based on that, we will be extending invitations for our fall cast.
We understand this may be disappointing for some families, and while we wish we could take every student that wants to join we simply don’t have the stage space. please know this was not an easy decision to make. With more than 20 returning students interested in joining and a limited number of spots available, we had to find the fairest way to build a committed cast while keeping the program manageable and enjoyable for everyone.
Please know that invitations are not based on talent or acting ability. They are based solely on the consistency and commitment students have shown during past seasons. We truly appreciate every child who has been part of our theatre family, and we hope those who aren’t invited this season will continue to support the program and have opportunities to participate in future productions.
