I got it from my mama....
my mom made this little setup for her Easter display. She used her scroll saw to cut out the bird, church, each sign, and the lamb, the florals and beads are from Michael's, the tomb image she modpodged onto a wood block, the tired tray came from Amazon and the Christus and oil lamp are things we've had for a little while. I just LOVE how she put this all together...and will re-use the tired tray in other holiday decor.

I have been searching for something like this for just over a year and was so excited to find this pattern on Etsy. It's sort of an Easter Creche. Really it's a Holy Week timeline but it reminds me of the Creche displays at Christmas and is absolutely incredible!!
The only criticism I have of this is that the way some of the pieces stand in front of others makes it really hard to see what the scenes in the back are. Aside from that...super impressed.

I just realized I never shared this finished product. A friend asked if I could engrave a tie bench for him as part of a gift he was making for a dear friend. We worked on the design and lettering and then I took care of the engraving and sent the board back so he could add the finishing touches.
This thing is pretty neat! Are any of you into fly fishing??
