Bluegrass in the Park - Clovis The 18th season of Clovis Bluegrass in the Park will kick off Friday May 8th 2026 in “Liberty Park” 901 5th Street in Clovis, 6:30 PM.

The 11 free concerts, May to September feature some of the region's finest bluegrass and old-time bands. Bluegrass in the Park is a free Friday night concert series of bluegrass and old-time music and is held in Clovis, CA in the Veterans Memorial Park, next door to the Veterans Memorial Building. Concerts begin at 6:30 pm and generally conclude by 8:30, from May to August. The concerts are sponso

red by the California Bluegrass Association in collaboration with the Clovis Veteran's Memorial Park District. The public is encouraged to bring a blanket or chair, a picnic supper and friends for a night of great music. Please note that musicians are only paid through the generosity of audience tips so please bring some money to add to the tip jars.

No concert tonight as you all know. We are back in the saddle on June 27th with Jack Kinney and his band. So, consider coming out to the community contra dance tonight, with all dances taught by the amazing Evo Bluestein. Music by Terry Barrett (fiddle) and Karana Hattersley-Drayton (piano). Back in the saddle again! The third concert in this year's series is this Friday, May 29th with Green Bush Spring (original name of the City of Fresno). The trio will feature their American repertoire, with bluegrass, Western swing and old-time songs, and a lot of great double fiddling on American and a few Irish tunes. 6:30-8:30 pm.
