This was a challenge for me! Took around 4 hours or more, and a lot of figuring out how to add an aqua marine stone, and an opal. This is an actual gold nugget wrapped in sterling silver wire. All wire used is sterling. This is a custom made piece made for my mom. All pieces used are real, sterling silver, gold, real aqua marine, and real.opal. even the chain is sterling silver.
