Cloudcroft Ice Rink Ice Skate rentals, tube, and sled sales. Snack Bar available. Open on weekends and some weekdays. We are located in the Historic Town of Cloudcroft, New Mexico.

The Cloudcroft Ice Rink is the only natural ice ice rink in all of the Southwest. We are located right in the middle of town on highway 82, right across from Cloudcroft High School.

Where does ULLR Fest come from?

Ullr is a figure from old Norse legends associated with winter and snow. In the 1960s and 1970s, several western ski communities
started using his name for their winter celebrations.

Cloudcroft also picked up this
tradition, adapting it to who we are. We don't have a ski festival, but we do have winter, a tight community, and a long habit of gathering around a fire once the cold arrives. ULLR
Fest here is our version: a bonfire, live music, and the unofficial start of winter at the Ice Rink.
