Control your anger. I know that you feel provoked, but swallow it because the world only focuses on how you respond. They do not care about the words or behaviors that provoked your anger/outburst. We have to hold ourselves accountable and have power over ourselves. Be confident and unoffended. Need not another's affirmation.

To all the men out there who need to hear this:

I know you feel like the world is against you, but you must continue to pursue growth. Don't crumble. Take those flurries of punches and allow them to create endurance. Hold on to who you know that you are. You are strong and powerful! Let go of those things that hold your emotions. Release what offends you and train yourself to have complete power over your own self. A lot of the time, remaining silent and not responding is your greatest strength.
