HARVEST UPDATE!

Our trees are preparing for their winter rest, which means our chestnut harvesting season is almost over. The 7th Annual Balkan Chestnut Festival at Wyoming Farm in Clinton, MD on October 19th will be the LAST chance to harvest this year! To ensure everyone gets a chance to forage, we’re limiting sales to 1 lb per family.

All festival ticket holders will receive a free sample of roasted chestnuts, with more available for purchase at the event. ONLY TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed to harvest, and unfortunately, harvesting on October 20th, 26th, and 27th is canceled.

Thank you for an amazing first season! We can’t wait to welcome you again next year.

Fresh signage for opening weekend! Who's ready to harvest?

The trees have been soaking up the recent rain, and the chestnuts are ripening beautifully. With sunny skies and perfect 70-degree days in the forecast for this Saturday and Sunday, it’s shaping up to be an ideal weekend for harvesting.

We’d love to see you here for our opening weekend from 10 AM to 4 PM!
