I started out doing body art in Columbus, Ohio in 1993. During all of these years of making great art I have been fortunate enough to be part of some historical experiences and met some very awesome people! In 1997-1998, along with other artists in Franklin County Ohio, I assisted in setting Statewide rules for tattooing and piercing in Ohio. It was great to work with fellow artists, and together
we accomplished a common goal to set procedures for tattooing and piercing that are still used today. In 2003, I moved to Clinton, Indiana and worked as an Chemical Operator at Newport Chemical Depot destorying VX for the United States government. (Another historical experience!) Also, while working at the depot in 2005, I, along with my wonderful wife, opened the first tattoo shop in Vermillion County Indiana, Stuff's Body Art III. Although the body art shop was going strong we unfortunatley, due to some personal family issues and loss, decided to shut down in 2008. In 2012, we started building The Inkspot. Thanks to Marty and Melissa Shortridge, the perfect spot was obtained and the Art lives on! Currently I am the only tattoo artist, but we look to grow as our client base grows. Although I am fluent in different tattoo styles, my favorite is the custom, one of a kind, piece of art designed specifically for you! Come see my anytime as my schedule is dictated by my client's needs.
