Thank you!A dear friend of mine got his final grandparents tattoo. He has one for each Side and each one of the grandparents . These are his words describing the piece.
“Today I got my final tribute tattoo for my grand parents. Grandma Jean May was a nurse for many years but she was a quilter also. She made me this quilt 40 years ago in 1986. She designed the pattern herself and I love it. She called her design "Grandpa's Pride". Now I have it with me forever.”
With the size and detail, he wanted to just incorporate the darker blue to show a pattern and the “J” for John.
