No infection! Healing as my medical team had hoped! Great news! Can’t say enough about the folks on my wound care team and it’s very obvious why Vanderbilt is one of the best burn care hospitals on the planet!

There’s friends. Then there’s brotherhood! I cannot thank these men enough for coming by and visiting. My spirits are uplifted, in a big way!!!! Thank you brothers! TBMC!

I want to thank Adam and Stephanie for your patience, kindness, prayers and understanding during this refurb. Ive had my world turned upside down these past 2 years and you all showed more grace than I could imagine. THANK YOU!!
This 1962 Gottlieb Cover Girl was a mess when she came in. I literally went thru the entire wire harness to fix multiple issues. 8 burnt coils, all 3 “rat trap” score reels completely rebuilt with all NOS parts. New power cord, fuse holders. Pulled the lower board and went thru all the circuit paths there. Rebuilt score motor, all new bulbs, playfield deep clean, plastics, keys, tilt assembly, manual ball lift assembly, etc. EVERYTHING was gone thru. She turned out magnificent.

48 hours in. First look at the damage unwrapped. Looks clean with no apparent infection so far! Thank God! Prayers needed as I travel to Vanderbilt Burn Unit in Nashville tomorrow morning to be evaluated and get some determination on the damage and possible skin grafts. 🙏 for good news!

Hey folks, need your prayers this morning. A major boo boo yesterday burning brush has resulted in some severe 2nd and 3rd degree burns to my lower legs, feet and ankles. Being a diabetic brings about the huge risk of infection too. I’m in more pain than I’ve ever felt and it’s gonna be a long recovery. I’m scheduled for a trip to Vanderbilts burn unit soon to see how the healing process is going. There is one spot of concern near my lower right ankle that could potentially need a skin graph but won’t know till a week or so passes and they get a closer look at it. It’s a borderline 3rd degree burn. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers as it’s the worlds worst time for this to occur as I’m beyond busy both here and the shop. Thanks everyone! Much love! ❤️🫡✊

For various reasons I am really buried in work. The farthest I’ve been behind in 15+ years. Some reasons are of my own doing, some are not. I’ve literally been working 14-16 hour days 6-7 days a week in a futile attempt to “catch up” or just trying to stay above water. But to no avail. I’ve taken a few days off here and there to address other issues but I just ask for patience. I don’t have a cushy air conditioned shop and a 9-5 schedule. My shop is too big to effectively cool it in this extreme heat. The pace, pressure and HEAT has taken its toll. I’m just one man. One man. If that’s not suffice, come and get it. I’m doing the best I can. Thanks everyone!
