These ladies right here hold a special place in my heart! ❤️

They may be the oldest students in my Zumba class, but let me tell you… they are also the first ones through the door! 🙌🏼💃🏼

They show up, they work hard, they laugh, they dance, and most importantly, they remind me that age is just a number when you love what you do! 🔥

I’m so proud of these ladies and grateful to have them in my Zumba family. They are proof that you don’t have to be the youngest, the fastest, or the strongest to show up and give it your all.

Just keep showing up! That’s where the magic happens! 💗💃🏼

15+ years of teaching Zumba, and guess what? I STILL get nervous. 🥹💃

Every time I step onto that stage, I still wonder…

Is my playlist good enough? 🎶
Does it have enough energy? 🥳
Did I break down enough routines to include different variations? 😵‍💫
Will everyone have fun? 🤔

Even after all these years, I still care so much about giving my class the best experience possible.

And yes, I know people judge. They always will. They may judge my moves, my music, my energy, or the way I teach.

But honestly? I don’t care. 😂

I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to dance, have fun, make people smile, and help them forget about the world for an hour.

And my Zumba girls/guys have seen me at my worst and best. They’ve seen the hard days, the struggles, and the moments when I didn’t feel like showing up. But they still show up for me, support me, and dance beside me.

That’s why I’m here. That’s why I keep showing up. ❤️ for them!

15+ years later, and I’m still learning, still growing, still getting nervous, and still showing up.

Because this is my passion. This is what I love. And no amount of judgment is going to take that away from me. ❤️💃

You can judge me from the sidelines. I’ll be on the stage doing what I love, with the people that I love. So join us! 💕
