Sunday Funday, it was all sound and light gear on deck!!

I usually don't get to set everything up unless I am running sound AND lighting for bands. So, for kicks and giggles I drug everything out, including my newest piece of gear- a low watt FM transmitter.

I worked with the big board (16 channel mixer) to fine tune things for the upcoming East TN Parrothead Luau & Volleyball Tournament, that will feature a live broadcast from Tiki Man Radio!!

The FM transmitter will allow me to broadcast at certain events, like the Smoky Mountain Bronco Stampede, so the venue can pick up the signal and broadcast it where they need it.

You can probably see the one light stand was being a little difficult, but got that resolved!!

Also, if you look closely, you'll see 2 stage monitors set up. This is for use with bands or "Rock Star Karaoke"!!

P.S. The CJ 7 is not for sale!! :D

June 27, 7p-10p at Sugar Hollow Marina for an Island Style DJ show!! Come hang out at the only place in the area with a pirate ship for a bar!! Arrrggg!!!

July 4th, noon-? at Camp Margaritaville Resort Pigeon Forge for an Island Style DJ Show. Come celebrate America's 250th, sippin' margaritas by the pool!!

July 31/Aug 1. Come out to the East TN Parrothead Luau & Volleyball Tournament and party for a purpose!!

I recently had a chance to stop by Reef Coffee and meet with Andrew Ingram to check it out.

What a great venue for an intimate experience with artists/song writers/storytellers!!
