Sunday League Champions!

Last week was our Sunday League Championship. Congratulation to all who fought hard. A new season starts this weekend!

A big thank you to everyone who participated in Sunday League. We appreciate the competition, the energy, and the great community each season brings. Our new season starts Sunday. All of our leagues are beginner friendly and we supply the axes! Try out week 1 for free. Optional practice starts at 5:30. Matches start at 630. More information at totalaxe.com/leagues/

This February, we're bringing PINE back to axe throwing. Our All-Pine Legends Tournament weekend will celebrates the early days of urban axe throwing. It features a throwback tournament with 2016 rules featuring "The Block", skills, and a main event featuring a new board design.

To celebrate the throwers who helped build the sport, priority registration will be offered to "retired" throwers who haven't participated in a league since 2025 or earlier. After the priority registration window closes, any remaining spots will be opened.

CONGRATULATIONS to first time champion, Lay-Ewe-Rye-Eee!

With the reigning champion sidelined due to health reasons, Wednesday Playoffs were a barn-burner. While Lela and Lay-Ewe-Rye-Eee would face off three times throughout the night, nearly going the distance each time, Lay-Ewe-Rye-Eee ultimately came out on top.

Champion: Lay-Ewe-Rye-Eee
Runner-Up: Lela
Third: Hundred Dollar Honey
Fourth: Dolly Mama

Can anyone beat Rey?!

Last week was Sunday League finals. Old Man Chubbs, Shannon, and Clarkey all put up some of their best numbers of the year. Clarkey even managed a 3-0 lead against the reigning champ. In the end, however, their efforts fell short with Rey winning what we can only assume was her 40th playoffs.

A new season starts next week, July 12. All of our leagues are beginner friendly. We'll provide you with an axe and plenty of coaching. Want to check it out before joining? Come in for our optional practice at 5:30 next Sunday and we'll teach you everything you need to know. Matches start at 6:30! You can also register in advance at totalaxe.com/leagues/

Due to the temperatures this holiday weekend, we will not be having walk-in throwing July 2-5. Reservations will be limited to groups of 8 or more with advanced notice. This allows up ample time to cool the building and only if needed.
