Everyone has a good side and a bad side ying and yang.

If someone give you kindness appreciate it, because everybody isn't kind these days. So, don't take it for a weakness nor take it for granted. Take it as a blessing because they could have be mean, but they chose not to. Be kind and appreciate kindness because you may not always get it when you want it.

Overthinking

I learned the best way to stop overthinking is to clear my mind and change my thoughts. Think of positive things let go of the rest why burden yourself with things you can’t control .. If you can’t control it it’s not your problem to solve..
