The Twirly Girl My name is Leah Bedard. I started hula hooping as a hobby when I was 17 years old. Day 1 I had to learn how to hula hoop around my waist!

Now it is 5 years later and hula hooping has become my work out, meditation, dance, and all over zen for myself.
