The 43rd Annual Student Art Show opening on Thursday April 9, 2015 was a great success! Over 200 people attended the opening even though the threat of severe rain storms were forecasted all day. Our production started with 175 submissions. They were juried by the art faculty at Tri-c East. After the jurying, 122 art works were chosen. There are 63 artists’ art works hanging on the walls and displayed on pedestals in Gallery East. If you haven’t had a chance to see our show, there’s still time. The show ends on April 30th. Sunday, July 31, 2011 TJ Patton & Darrell Branch of Oneness * Productions hosted 1st Local Artist Showcase which featured artist John Vavruska, highlighting his painting Easter Sunday 1962 , oil on canvas, he presented 13 paintings total; also art works by Blake Cook, Dennis Long, Ron Patton, Jayson Middleton, Santanna Stokes, Renee Patton, and TJ Patton. Art works showed - Oil on Canvas Paintings, Pastel on Paper Painting, Acrylic on Canvas, Mixed Media & Ink on Canvas, Craft Style Acrylic Paint on Canvas, Sculpture Mixed Media, and Sculptural Installation Wall Objects Mixed Media.
