PorcelainJazz by Cecily Smith Gillespie Porcelain Jazz is variations on the theme of clay, played around a potter's life. I've made anything and everything I could out of clay for many years now.

So dishes and beads, clay organizers and decorative tissue holders and fine art tiles for the wall are among a few of the handmade clay items that will pop up on this page. PorcelainJazz is the Etsy shop where these clay pieces may be bought. Recently I also started another Etsy shop called HouseholdAntiquities. My parent's estate is passing through this online store as well as many of the stories about their fascinating life as a foreign service couple in the United State's diplomatic corp.

The show at Chattanooga Market this past Sunday went very well indeed. The weather was beautiful and comfortable. There always seemed to be a small breeze. Between the sales at the two shows we did in August all of my egg trays are gone. And the BOGO Baskets have proved a lasting favorite. After all who doesn't like a bargain.

We will be showing at the Chattanooga Market, First Horizon Pavilion, 1801 Reggie White Blvd., Chattanooga, TN this coming Sunday, August 23, 2026. Our first time at Chattanooga Market two weeks ago was a great success! People loved rummaging through our BOGO Baskets (Buy one get one free of equal or lesser value) and talking about the many pieces of unusual pottery in our booth.
