STEP - Cleveland Public Theatre - Student Theatre Enrichment Program CPT’s Student Theatre Enrichment Program (STEP) is a rigorous arts-based program that provides hands-on job training, engaging Cleveland youth.

STEP gives teens a focused and safe environment where they can meet new people, be a part of a team, have fun, create an original play and learn the value of hard work. Students will work with professional theatre artist-mentors in the following areas: acting, singing, dance, writing, set construction, marketing, performance creation and touring, and will learn important workplace skills like timeliness, project follow through, self-discipline and goal setting.
