BRICK Ceramic + Design studio is a ceramics studio with shared space for artists and classes that are open to all levels. Studio equipment includes: electric and gas kilns, pottery wheels, slab roller, extruder, spray booth, glaze lab, large work tables and storage for members. Today is the deadline to sign up for this Monday’s handbuiliding 8 week course!

This class is an 8 week course open to all levels of artists. Taught by artist Susan Gallagher students will learn the basics of handbuilding skills and working with clay. Techniques explored include pinch, slab, coil along with surface techniques including sgraffito, glaze, resists, and stencils. Once students learn basic techniques, your projects can be self driven and Susan will work with you to realize your dream project! We have had everything from going big in scale to sculptural pieces.
