Founding organizers, and resident DJs David Squid + Obi-Wan Shinobi join the lineup for Dancin' All Night and Club Cyberia sept 4th and 5th~

Obi-Wan Shinobi is a Midwest-based DJ, host, and founder of Glotaku, a cosplay rave and nightlife series built around anime, video games, club culture, and fandom. With more than a decade behind the decks, Obi-Wan has developed a signature sound that bridges anime and video game nostalgia with modern club music, creating sets that are energetic, unpredictable, and built for the dancefloor.
His sets move freely between anime edits, VGM, J-pop, hip-hop, house, club, jungle, breakbeat, hardcore, and EDM, using quick blends, samples, and familiar pop-culture sounds to turn fandom nostalgia into a live club experience. His performances have taken him through conventions, clubs, raves, and Glotaku events across the Midwest, with Glotaku becoming a recognizable name within the region's anime nightlife community.

As the founder and resident DJ of Glotaku, Obi-Wan also brings an event-production perspective to his performances. Glotaku combines DJs with cosplay, live performers, vendors, visual experiences, and themed programming, creating events that function as both dance parties and community gatherings.

As the founder of Null Entertainment, a Columbus-based event production and promotion company, and the MC and host of the Murkwood party series, squid has become a leading voice in Central Ohio's underground dance music community. Through his work, he has helped cultivate a dedicated audience for sound system-focused music, including UK dubstep, garage, drum & bass, and other bass-driven genres.
